Relays Each team will be allowed two relays for each of the relay events. Coaches will be given printed lane assignments at 4:15 p.m. meet days. Any relay scratches must be reported before the event at the meet. 50 and 100 Freestyles You will be allowed to enter five swimmers in the 50 and the 100 freestyles at the dual meets. All other events have four swimmers. 200 I.M., 100 Fly, 500 Free You must email Ann Costello, annandpatrick@cableone.net by 8:00 p.m. the Monday before your meet with the number of girls and boys that will be swimming these events. These events will be preseeded and you will be given a printed heat and lane assignment when you arrive at the meet so that you can put the heat and lane of your swimmers on their cards. Event Cards All event cards must be completely filled out for each swimmer and must include the first and last name of the swimmer, team, event number and heat and lane. Coaches will be given a master form for event cards. Coaches will be responsible for printing their own cards, girls/pink and boys/blue. SWIMMER REGISTRATION Please remember that when you begin fall practice, swimmers must have filled out their forms and paid their fees BEFORE they are allowed in the water. They do not have insurance coverage if this procedure is not followed. Please do not make any exceptions! Teams must provide Danni Rich (Danni.Rich@ymcatvidaho.org) with a printed list of registered swimmers by August 21. She will make cards for swimmers to use at the front desk. If a swimmer does not appear on the list, they will not be allowed to practice. If you have a late registration, you must call Charisse and add the swimmer to the list. Teams must provide a list of registered swimmers to Ann Costello (annandpatrick@cableone.net) by August 30. Ann will enter those names in the computer as swimmers officially registered for the season. If a swimmer competes in a meet and is not in the computer, they will be disqualified for the meet. This includes relays. This is our only way to insure that each swimmer is registered with Treasure Valley. If you have late registrations, call Ann and have them added to the list before the meet. There will be no late registrations allowed once the meet has started. Each swimmer must have a Parent Insurance Form on file with the team. OFFICIALS Each team must have two officials at every meet for its duration. Please contact Susan Smith (345-1607) and give her the name of your officials.
