Meet Directors

One week in advance of each meet that you host (name in bold on schedule) please:

Arrange a head timer and card runner for the duration of the meet.  Teams are encouraged to have two card runners, especially during the 50- and 100-yard freestyles.

All volunteers are required to be in place during the entire meet.  Timers can be rotated, but the lane must be covered at all times.

For meets held during September, each team will still need to provide three timers and two officials for your team at the meet.

For meets held during October, each team will need to provide four timers and two officials for your team at the meet.

Only one team per meet will be host.
